If you choose to use a different shipping method, you can ship the return back via any carrier of your choice. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

For your protection ensure the item is fully secured & insured, and request a signature upon delivery with a return receipt for confirmation that the shipment has reached Lovinity™. We advise taking these precautions as Lovinity™ cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned order, our dedicated Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect, and verify the condition of the item, to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. This process may take up to seven (7) business days from the date we receive the return.

Once the inspection is completed and the item is approved for a refund, we will proceed with the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method you used during the purchase. If your original payment method was a bank wire, cash, or certain other payments requiring special processing, we will issue the refund by check.

For credit card refunds, please note that it may take up to one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. The exact timing of the credit appearing on your statement, depends on your credit card company's policies and processing time.
