International Shipping: Currently, we ship to select countries, including CANADA UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE), FRANCE, JAPAN, AND SINGAPORE. Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to adore your Lovinity piece, but if it's not quite right, here’s what you need to know about returns:
Return Window:

30 Days for U.S. Orders: Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

International Orders: Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for international purchases at this time.
Return Requirements:

Items must be in resellable condition, unworn, returned in the original packaging, and tags, including any complimentary gifts.

Customized items, such as those with engraving or resizing, and items showing signs of wear or damage are non-returnable.
Return Options:

Refund: Issued to the original payment method.

Exchange: Swap for a different item of equal or greater value.

Store Credit: Apply the return value toward a future purchase.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at service@lovinitydiamond.com or visit our Returns Portal on the website. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure, insured shipping method.
Refund Timelines:
Refunds are processed within 10–20 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow time for quality checks and standard banking processes. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and missing complimentary gifts may result in a $100 deduction.

Items altered through engraving, resizing, or customization are non-returnable.

All returned items undergo a quality review before approval.
Extended Holiday Returns:
For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, we extend our return window to 45 days from the delivery date, ensuring worry-free holiday gifting.
