These pieces are available for immediate purchase but may require additional time for processing to ensure meticulous inspection and secure packaging.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-10 business days, depending on availability and final quality control checks.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, your item will be shipped via FedEx or DHL within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders. International shipping times range from 4-12 business days​.
  • Expedited Shipping: Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge, but this does not impact the processing time.

Made-to-Order Items

Lovinity’s made-to-order pieces are crafted exclusively for you, reflecting your personal story and refined taste. Due to their bespoke nature, they require additional time for production.

  • Processing Time: Custom crafting requires 3-6 weeks to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Shipping Time: Once completed, your piece will be shipped within 2-3 business days via insured shipping with signature confirmation.
  • Final Sale: Due to their personalized nature, made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you need any modifications, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Custom Items

Custom designs are unique, crafted through personal consultations to create a one-of-a-kind heirloom.

  • Processing Time: Completion timeline is typically 6-8+ weeks, with an exact timeframe provided during consultation​.
  • Shipping Time: Once completed, your piece will ship within 2-3 business days via FedEx/DHL with full tracking and insurance.
  • Final Sale: Due to their personalized nature, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you need any modifications, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Backordered Items

Backordered pieces are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked and shipped at the earliest availability.

  • Processing Time: Once restocked, items are processed within 3-10 business days.
  • Shipping Time: FedEx/DHL shipping occurs within 2-3 business days domestically and 4-12 business days internationally.
  • Estimated Restock Timeline: Customers will receive an estimated availability timeframe upon ordering.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping follows the same timelines as in-stock items.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Secure Packaging: Every order is discreetly packaged with no branding on the exterior to ensure safe and private delivery.
  • Insurance Coverage: We fully insure all shipments until they are signed for at delivery. After that, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
  • International Orders: Shipping is available to Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, UAE, France, Japan, and Singapore. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • No Shipping to: Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military bases at this time​.
