Our commitment to quality is reflected in our meticulous manufacturing process. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection, at both our factory and distribution facility before being shipped to you.
To further assure our customers, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty that covers all our products, regardless of their price or type. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to purchases made on our website, lovinitydiamond.com. Please note that the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is non-transferrable.
At Lovinity™, while we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and lab-grown diamonds, we want to ensure transparency about the limitations of our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. The following defects are excluded from this warranty:
- General Wear and Tear: This includes any minor wear or scratches that may occur over time due to regular use.
- Loss of Center Stones: The warranty does not cover the loss of center stones in the jewelry.
- Product Loss or Theft: Any loss or theft of the jewelry is not covered under the warranty.
- Improper Cleaning and Storage: Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage of the jewelry is not covered.
- Fading or Discoloration of Metals: Precious metals, including fading or discoloration, due to inadequate care, such as exposure to chemicals, hot tubs, swimming pools, or direct perfume application, are excluded.
- Prong Wear: Over time, prongs may naturally wear down as part of regular use. Thinning prongs are not considered a manufacturing defect and could lead to the risk of stones falling out.
- Loss of Stone due to Trauma or Damage: The warranty does not cover the loss of stones resulting from trauma or damage to the jewelry.
- Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs or services performed on your jewelry by a company other than Lovinity™, including ring sizing or other repairs, will void your warranty. To preserve the warranty, we recommend having any necessary repairs or services done exclusively by Lovinity™.
- Warranty Coverage and Inspection: If you experience an issue with your jewelry due to manufacturing, please reach out to us at sales@lovinitydiamond.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the jewelry back to us for inspection. After evaluating the damage, we will determine if it is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If covered, we will complete the work or replace the item at no charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered, we will send you a price quote for approval before proceeding with the repair. You will be responsible for payment of the repair and shipping fees for non-warranty repairs.
It's essential for our customers to be aware of these exclusions, to make informed decisions about their jewelry care and maintenance.
Jewelry Insurance: To further safeguard your valuable jewelry, we strongly recommend insuring it against loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to the center stone. Even though diamonds are durable, they are not indestructible, and normal wear and tear, especially on rings, can lead to potential damage | Jewelry Insurance.

Repairs
At Lovinity™, we understand that over time, your cherished jewelry may require repairs and maintenance, due to regular wear and tear. We are dedicated to assisting you with these services, and our US facility is equipped to handle various types of repairs, to keep your jewelry in excellent condition.
Our customers are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to provide affordable repair costs, while maintaining the integrity of the piece. It is essential to note that repairs performed by third-party jewelers will void your warranty with us, so we encourage you to entrust your jewelry's maintenance to our expert team.
Common types of repairs we offer include replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium, and providing a thorough cleaning to restore the brilliance of your jewelry.
If your jewelry requires repair, all you need to do is cover the shipping cost to send the item to us, and we will handle the return shipping at no charge to you. Our goal is to make the repair process as hassle-free as possible for you.

Free Ring Resizing
At Lovinity™, we understand that getting the perfect ring size can sometimes be a challenge. That's why we offer free ring resizing services, to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
For US orders, if you find that the ring size you ordered doesn't fit quite right, we provide one free resizing within 30 days of purchase. Simply ship the ring back to us, and we will resize it to your desired size and send it back to you. If we determine that the ring cannot be resized to the new size, we will inform you and offer options, such as placing a special order for the required size, or having the ring shipped back to you as it is.
In addition, we are delighted to offer free ring resizing once per year for a lifetime for US orders. You are responsible for shipping the ring to us, and we will handle the return shipping at no charge for the resizing service. However, please note that resizing is subject to maintaining the integrity of the ring. If a ring has been resized multiple times, and cannot be resized again while preserving its quality, we may suggest alternative options, such as a new setting or other repairs, which may come with an additional charge.
