Backordered Items

Backordered pieces are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked and shipped at the earliest availability.

At Lovinity, we take pride in the craftsmanship and meaning behind every piece. If your jewelry isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible U.S. orders. To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition
• Returned with all packaging, tags, and complimentary gifts
• Free of damage, alterations, or signs of wear
  

Custom and made-to-order pieces, including engraved or resized items, are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders are also considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact our team at service@lovinitydiamond.com or visit our Returns Portal. Once your request is approved, package your item securely in its original Lovinity packaging and ship it back using an insured carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received, all returns go through a quality inspection before processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 20 business days. Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you prefer an exchange, you may select another item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Store credit is also available and does not expire. Exchanges and store credit requests are processed once the original item has been received and approved.

Extended Holiday Returns

For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, the return window is extended to 45 days from the delivery date.
